Aurora Theatre And The University of Georgia Theatre Department Present
Constellations
Oct 09, 2026-Oct 11, 2026
Written by Nick Payne
Directed by Katie Erin Chambers
In partnership with the University of Georgia Department of Theatre and Film.
Nick Payne’s Constellations is an emotionally charged exploration of love, choice, and the infinite paths our lives might take.
When Marianne and Roland meet, a simple encounter becomes the beginning of countless possible lives. Across shifting realities, their relationship unfolds again and again, each one revealing a different version of what their lives could become. A single choice can change everything. In how many universes could you love someone?
In this production, the possibilities extend beyond the story itself.
Rather than one fixed pairing, this production features four actors who rotate across four performances, creating a different relationship pairing each time. The words, the choices, and the possibilities of the play remain- but the people experiencing them together change. Each performance features a unique pairing, including same-gender and different-gender relationships.
Please check the performance schedule below when selecting your tickets to see which pairing will perform.
