We understand it’s disappointing to miss On Your Feet! The Story of Gloria and Emilio Estefan. We look forward to welcoming you back to Aurora Theatre in the future. 

Your request has been sent and when we have processed it, we will contact you directly via email with a confirmation of your refund. Please allow 10-14 business days for us to process your request.

Did you know? You can also consider converting part of your ticket purchase to a donation. Any amount qualifies as a tax credit for you and is an important contribution towards Aurora Theatre’s future.

Have you checked out our FREE Digital Series featuring virtual plays, craft how-to’s and storytimes? We will continue these free to view entertainment offerings through the near future.

We will also be adding exciting new programming with opportunities to experience live entertainment outdoors in as safe and healthy a setting as possible. Be sure to check our emails, social media posts (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter), and website for updates on future productions.

Some of these events will be ticketed or require paid reservations.  If you change your mind and want to credit your account instead, your credit would be valid for any paid admissions through June 30, 2021. To convert your refund request to a credit request, please email us.
