Create Gwinnett is the Gwinnett Arts & Creative Economy Master Plan and the FIRST EVER comprehensive plan for the County to grow creativity and support arts and culture as an engine for the County’s prosperity. Join us as we help with the final push for your voice to be heard. We will have a great panel of experts who will contextualize the importance of arts funding on the state and local level, as well as live performances from some of your favorite artists.

Help lay the foundation for developing policies for funding, identify and create an inventory of current resources, and develop priorities for future projects while encouraging a sense of community with residents and stakeholders. The Plan is underway, and we need YOUR voice! The data collection ends on Oct 16.

SAFETY CONSIDERATIONS AS OF 3/7/22:

  • Vaccinated patrons use of face masks is optional.
  • Unvaccinated patrons are strongly encouraged to wear masks.
  • Anyone exhibiting any signs of coronavirus, including but not limited to cough, fatigue, headache, excessive sneezing or elevated temperature, are asked to stay home.
  • Hand sanitizer will be readily available.
  • Lawrenceville Arts Center has adopted state of the art air-handling equipment, including extensive UV filtration units, to provide cleaner, fresher air.

We believe that maintaining the health and safety of our community, including our staff, artists and patrons, shouldn’t be a matter of debate or political preference. To that end, we ask everyone in our community to respect these policies.

Thank you for your understanding, cooperation and patience.
