At a time when many non-profits are reducing their services, Aurora Theatre continues to expand our efforts to serve the community surrounding our amazing facility in downtown Lawrenceville by:
- Providing over $15,000 annually in scholarships for Summer Camp
- Attracting 80,000 annual visitors with 50,000 visitors to the Peach State Federal Credit Union Signature Series
- Participating in the USMC Toys for Tots drive for the past eleven years
- Fostering an environment through our New Musical Initiative, where talented composers and lyricists can create the next great American musical
- Improving our community connections by building a cultural bridge to our Spanish-speaking community through Teatro Aurora
Aurora Theatre offers many programs for children that create a tremendously positive impact on the community:
- Learning Library: educational shows for school children. Contributions allow us to offer help to Title I schools who could not normally attend due to budgetary restrictions.
- Children’s Playhouse: the best children’s performers in the region right here in Gwinnett on Saturday mornings.
- Aurora Academy & Conservatory: created to give children important life skills that will enable them to be future leaders in the community and mold them into well-rounded individuals.
Tickets sales only cover half our annual budget. We could not do so much without fundraisers like the Aurora Theatre Charity Golf Tournament and through charitable contributions from the support of people like you.

Summit Chase is conveniently located off U.S Highway 78 approximately 2.0 miles east of downtown Snellvile. The Club is easily accessible from most areas of Gwinnett County including Snellville, Lawrenceville, Grayson, Lilburn and Loganville as well as portions of Dekalb, Rockdale, and Walton Counties.
