I Feel Good!: A James Brown Tribute

As a graduate of Center of excellence in Performing Arts Magnet program at Pebblebrook high school, Sterling McClary is bonafide Arts enthusiast, a trained dancer in over 7 various dance styles as well as training vocally and dramatically in commercial and musical theater techniques, granting him the opportunity to perform in various venues in Georgia. After living in Pittsburgh where he studied musical theater and dance at Point Park university he gained the opportunity to share his love and passion of creating and performing in various major theatrical venues and dance studios around the country as well as spending the past 5 years as a performer for Celebrity, Disney and various cruise lines and just recently finished the National tour of Madagascar the musical as Marty the zebra. From choreography to teaching, to casting and coaching and even recording music, Sterling has experienced entertainment at every level and has more often than not been on the right side of quality. 

TIERNEY BREEDLOVE (Properties Designer), a bubbly actress, singer, and dancer, is ecstatic to be joining the Aurora Family for the second time this year as a Properties Designer! She enjoys being part of great storytelling both onstage as a performer and backstage, as Properties Master, Front of House Manager, etc! Originally from Rock Hill, SC, Tierney is a Furman University graduate, B.A. in Music and Theatre Arts, cum laude, and attended the Atlantic Acting School (NY, NY).  She attributes her multifaceted tools to her Furman Theatre generalist education. Excited to be back on stage, Kandice has portrayed a variety of roles in theaters across Atlanta. She has played characters such as a wise-cracking psychic in Ghost the Musical and a grieving mother in Once on This Island. Most recently, she appeared as Margaret in The Light in the Piazza as part of the Jennie T. Anderson Concert Series. Her other credits include performances in Little Shop of Horrors and Falsettos at Actors Express, Parade the Musical at Wallace Buice Theatre, and A Little Princess at Theatrical Outfit, among others. Kandice discovered her love for theater at a young age and has devoted herself to bringing dynamic characters to life on stage. She's grateful for the opportunity to explore diverse roles and hopes that you enjoy the performance!

MICHAEL NERO, the New Orleans native is an alumnus of Kennesaw State University, graduating with a BA in Theatre and Performance Studies. He has previously worked with Norwegian Cruise Line, starring in the Warren Carlyle produced Broadway musical After Midnight  as the Host. Previous credits also include Paradis (Patti Wilcox/ Norwegian Cruise Line), Parade (Harrison Long/ Earl Smith Strand Theatre) and Vegas! The Show (Tiger Martina/ Norwegian Cruise Line). He has graced the stage of the Crystal Pistol Music Hall at Six Flags Over Georgia in Because It’s Christmas, Can’t Stop the Feeling and Dead Man’s Party.
