Teatro Aurora le da la bienvenida a las fechas navideñas— y qué mejor que compartiendo las tradiciones y costumbres de otros países. Este 7 de diciembre te invitamos a que compartas con tu familia, amistades y la comunidad hispana de esta tradición navideña al mejor estilo colombiano; con comida, música y una velita al anochecer. 

Trae una velita, regalos sin envolver ó alimentos enlatados para donar como parte de nuestro Festival de Árboles, y disfruta de esta tradición navideña junto a los Hemanos Calero!

Aurora Theatre welcomes the holiday season—and what better way than sharing traditions and customs from other countries. This December 7 we invite you to share with your family, friends and our Hispanic community this holiday tradition, Colombian style—with food, music and a candle in the evening! This year we’ll be featuring Hermanos Calero and Danzas Genéricas

Bring your candle, an unwrapped gift or non-perishable food items to donate for our Festival of Trees and celebrate this Christmas tradition with Hermanos Calero!

 

 

Hermanos Calero
This group was born from one of the founders of the Calero Brothers, a representative group of Colombian Andean music, which has been recognized globally, participating in stages such as Madison Square Garden, University of Frankfurt, among others. The Calero Cobo group originates from the artistic and family vein of these two surnames who bring together their talents and love for Colombian Andean, bolero, and traditional Latin American music. Its members Andrés Calero as Singer/Guitarist, Juliana Calero as Violinist/Singer, and Camilo Cobo as Guitarist will bring to their memory and heart the roots of Latin America to this stage.
Esta agrupación nace, de uno de los fundadores de los Hermanos Calero, grupo representativo de la música andina colombiana, que ha tenido reconocimiento a nivel global, participando en escenarios como el Madison Square Garden, Universidad de Frankfurt, entre otros. La agrupación Calero Cobo, se origina por la vena artística y familiar de estos dos apellidos quienes reúnen sus talentos y amor por la música andina colombiana, boleros y típica latinoamericana. Sus integrantes Andrés Calero como cantante/guitarrista, Juliana Calero como Violinista/Cantante y Camilo Cobo como Guitarrista traerán a su memoria y corazón las raíces de Latinoamérica a este escenario.
 
 
Danzas Genéricas de Colombia
Danzas Genéricas de Colombia has been sharing their folk dances with the Atlanta audiences for 30 years. Led by Julio Cesar Londoño, Danzas Genéricas de Colombia brings us tradition and culture through their dances. With nostalgia and carisma, come enjoy a beautiful evening with family and friends while joining the dancers in celebrating the Colombian culture. 
Por más de 30 años, Danzas Genéricas de Colombia ha deleitado a Atlanta con sus danzas folklóricas. Liderado por Julio Cesar Londoño, Danzas Genéricas de Colombia nos regala tradición y cultura a traves de sus bailes. Con nostalgia y carista, ven y disfrutauna hermosa tarde con familia y amigos miestras se unen a las danzas que celebran la cultura Colombiana.
