Katie Ivey

Katie is so excited to continue teaching at the Aurora Theatre. She graduated from Brenau University with her BFA in Acting in 2021 and has since worked on many productions in Atlanta, acting, teaching and stage managing. She was the Program Director for Acting and Musical Theatre at Heather Wayne Performing Arts for two years where she directed shows like: The Addams Family, Little Shop of Horrors, and Elf: The Musical. She owns a commercial videography company, Theory Two Productions, and a film production company, Glass Table Film Co. where she produces short films. She is so grateful for the opportunity to continue pursuing her passion of teaching children of all ages and can’t wait to see you in class!
