Wendy Anett
Wendy Anett– Wendy Anett was born and raised in Guadalajara, Mexico, where she graduated as the valedictorian for the Graphic Design department. During her time in college, she had the opportunity to study abroad at the Universidad Autónoma de Barcelona. This experience opened her mind to new perspectives in life, and has inspired her artistic style. Aside from her Graphic Design degree, she holds a certificate in Fashion Design. Art has always been her passion, which is reflected in everything that she does, including; graphic design, jewelry design, fashion design, interior decoration, makeup and cake decorating. All these passions and abilities have made possible for her to find a new-old talent, Painting. Painting has given her the freedom to express herself, and her drive comes from the satisfaction of creating an image through the different strokes of paint. She is influenced by the impressionism and realism style. Her style is developing and constantly transforming every day. Wendy plays around with dark backgrounds, and loves to pull out the color. Recently, she has been experimenting with a new palette of colors. She began working in a brighter space, although the visual effects are different from her earlier work, she is always looking for different ways to amplify her art. Wendy has a story to tell with every painting, and she hopes the viewer finds it.
