- Limited Attendance to reduce the number of people gathering.
- Bring Your Own Camp Chair if you’d like to sit away from a table.
- Touchless transaction – advanced ticket purchase only.
- Aurora Staff will be masked.
- Hand sanitizer will be readily available.
- We are all in this together – we strongly recommend wearing masks when moving about and not eating or drinking.

GILBERT LAWAND Gilbert Lawand is an Atlanta-based comedian whose style is a mix of social commentary, satire, and silliness drawn from a unique background born in Baghdad to Catholic parents before moving to a town called Warm Springs, Georgia where he grew up on a farm. Gilbert has opened up large theater shows for both Dave Chappelle and Aziz Ansari. He’s performed in several festivals including the Bridgetown Comedy Festival, High Plains Comedy Festival, and the Laughing Skull Festival (where he was a finalist). Gilbert also produces the annual Red Clay Comedy Festival in Atlanta. |

CARLOS RODRIGUEZ Carlos Rodríguez grew up in New Jersey and currently lives in Atlanta, GA. He has been married for over 25 years and he and his wife have 2 wonderful children. Carlos has always loved and had a passion for comedy, especially standup. He also has a fun and lighthearted Podcast with Sandy Lee who also is a Dental Hygienist. Its the perfect way to unwind on the drive home after a long day at the office. Will there be food or drinks?
There will be drinks! Our partner for the evening, Ironshield Brewing, will have beer on tap available for purchase before and during the shows.
What does General Admission mean?
Your ticket allows you entrance into the The Biergarten at Ironshield, which is a large outdoor space without designated seating.
A few picnic tables are available on a first-come first-served basis. If you would like to ensure you don’t have to stand the entire show, we encourage you to bring a camp chair. Appropriate social distance will be enforced by our staff.
How will you keep things safe and sanitized?
The health and safety of our patrons, staff, and artists are foremost in our planning of Aurora Comedy Under the Stars. In addition to fully-outside seating, all staff will be fully masked during the event.
